Mr. Bill

Bill Neill has been a Realtor® in the Houston area for 32 years; most of those managing, training, volunteering in the community and serving local boards and associations.  Bill started his real estate career in the turbulent ’80s with Woodlands Property Management, specializing in residential properties. In 1988 in transfered to Woodlands Properties, a boutique real estate office serving the Woodlands/Spring/Conroe/Oak Ridge North area. He went on to serve as both sales agent and sales manager for RE/MAX® The Woodlands and Spring.  He received multiple awards with RE/MAX® The Woodlands and Spring and was elected in 1998 to serve as President of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors®.

In the spring of 2003, Bill left RE/MAX to manage the Portofino office for Prudential Gary Greene Realtors®.  Joining Keystone Signature Properties in the summer of 2012, Bill continues to draw on his strengths as a motivator, teacher, leader and has brought years of priceless experience to our company.  He believes in and practices the Code of Ethics established by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors®.

Bill is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, has served, and continues to serve, on various committees as well as past Board positions.  Bill holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and as a Graduate of the Realtors® Institute (GRI).  Bill and his family moved to South Montgomery County in 1975 and now resides in Harris County.  He and his wife, Glenda, have been married for 42 years; they have two grown children and six grandchildren.  He attends the Woodlands Community Christian Church and also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Woodlands Road Utility District No. 1.
