Time for a quick update on Keystone Signature Properties’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic in line with guidance from our local, state and national leaders. Things change rapidly on a daily basis right now. The decision has been made that our physical office will remain closed for the next two weeks and we will revisit the situation on April 3. This is consistent with the President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America – 15 Days to Slow the Spread. A few comments below about how we will operate over the next two weeks:
- Staff and agents will continue to work from their homes, as needed, to maintain business during this pandemic while our office is closed.
- The office and property management phone lines will continue to be answered and needs met, as possible, for our clients.
- Tele and video conferencing will be our friend in the coming days/weeks as we continue to keep business moving forward. Agents will have a weekly conference call to discuss pertinent topics and to keep up-to-date.
- Property Management has systems and processes in place that allow us to continue our work with owners, tenants and vendors on an as-needed basis to take care of rent collection, owner distribution and emergency/high priority maintenance needs.
We continue to choose to live by FAITH and not fear during this time. And remain HOPEFUL – when our hearts are filled with HOPE in Jesus Christ, it leaves no room for other things that try to invade (fear, anxiety, worry). Please continue to pray for our leaders as they make critical decisions for the well-being of American citizens, for our healthcare workers on the front line, and for our fellow citizens – all are affected by this coronavirus in some way.
Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD. Psalm 31:24
