I am so incredibly happy we chose Ganesa Allen to be our realtor. I was very concerned about getting a house in this current market as a renter, especially after my previous realtor (not Genesa) told us that the area we were looking in wasnt plausible and we needed to settle, something that someone who is looking for a few year home never wants to have to do. So after struggling for 3 weeks looking by myself and repeatedly reaching out to multiple realtors and management companies to see if anything was coming available, Ganesa sprang up and MADE SURE to get in contact with me immediately (less than an hour) after a house in the (very small) area I was wanting to be in was listed. To be honest, the management company was a pain and very, very difficult to deal with. But Ganesa-she was very persistent and knew what to do and how to handle everything. She followed up on everything from the application to the signing of the lease, and even when the company was still trying to show the house after approving us, she noticed this and made SURE we got a signed lease before anybody else could have the chance to steal it!! I had planned on doing this on my own and I really am very happy we went with her. Her persistence is unmatched and her personality is even better. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, especially those who have had a bad experience with other realtors.
