The Texas REALTOR sent out some very helpful information regarding Houston’s market. See below for some updated data.
- Statewide, median home prices were up 19.1% to $357,388.
- 108,390 homes were sold in Texas during Q2-2022, a 5.6% decrease compared to the second quarter of 2021. Nearly half of the homes sold in Texas were in the $200,000-$399,000 price range.
- Homes spent an average of 27 days on the market before going under contract, five days less than the second quarter of 2021.
