Application & Screening Process

Keystone Signature Properties is intentional about our hiring. We are looking for agents fully committed to excellence. We have a multi-step application and screening process that includes:
- Initial contact by email, website contact form, phone or recruiting efforts, personal contact
- Application
- Resume and other supporting documents when applicable
- TREC review
- DISC testing
- Full interview and office tour
- Background screening
The interview process will take more than an hour. The hiring process will apply if both parties desire to move forward.
